In this workshop, we will look at the complexities of change, and discover how we can create lasting change in our organizations and teams. We will explore several models for change and examine how and why they work. We will apply these models to a real-world example, so that we can fully appreciate how to implement change. Lastly, we will begin to develop our own ideas for change, and consider some action steps we can take in the next six months to propel this change forward. Included in the workshop are two follow-up coaching sessions (30 minutes).
