North Central - Behavior vs. Intentions: Personality Types

So many times we get hung up on our own idea of what others should think, say, and do.  We are so caught up in our own idea of what ideal is that we have no room to listen to others and understand that they have a voice and a different way of looking at things.  Don't be one of those people.  Stop and learn the importance of why we are all different and how each one of us brings a different perspective to this world.  In this course, you will look at yourself as well as people you typically interact with and those you butt heads with.  You will have the opportunity to understand first-hand the difference between you and others and embrace the diversity in all of us.
