Interpersonal and Workplace Conflict Management Skills

In this course, participants will identify and define the sources of conflict.  By understanding where conflict comes from and when it might arise, they will then learn to manage interruptions and conflicts in a changing work environment.  They will also incorporate communication techniques to approach conflicts and maintain positive working relationships.
