The history of Mexicans who worked for Chicago area railroads and LIVED in railroad boxcars is largely unknown. These missing pages of American History exemplifies the contributions of Mexicans to the development of Chicago and the Midwest. Dr. Antonio Delgado, program presenter, became interested in the History of Mexicans in the United States after interviewing his grandmother in 1975. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois - in Urban Planning/Public Policy Analysis, specializing in public policy as it impacts minorities in the United States
