A Powwow is a Native American dance ceremony and a time to come together as a community. A Powwow is a time to see old friends and make new ones, to strengthen and share our native heritage. There will be fry bread, storytelling, native songs, educational and information about Native American regalia, Powwow etiquette and the meaning of the dances as well. Powwows bring various tribes together like Omaha, Standing Rock Sioux, Ojibwe, Menominee, Pueblo, and Lakhota just to name a few. There will be vendors selling authentic Native American handmade crafts.
