SUMMARY:Community Event - Parent + Teen Guide Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed to help empower youth and their parents to plan towards managing the stress and general concerns about completing the school semester. Our therapists will work individually with the students and their parents to help them receive the support they need from a strengths-based approach to build connections\, wellness\, and self-care. Together we will work towards establishing therapeutic goals that both teens and parents can use mindfully together or separately when addressing anticipated school-related stressors. We look forward to connecting with all those looking for extra guidance and support during these challenging times. Join us at YOUR STORY COUNSELING on Saturday\, Nov. 6th at either session. 10:30 a.m.- Noon or 1-3 p.m
