    Job Description
    We are seeking a part time assistant to work at our Lisle Office.  Candidates should have customer service skills, be able to multi-task and must be outcome oriented with strong attention to detail.
     
    Hours would be 8:00 to 4:30  Monday Wednesday and Friday (may be flexible)
     
    Responsibilities: 
        Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning,
        Filing, faxing and e-mailing
        Answer calls from customers and vendors
        Prepare and modify documents including proposals, reports, memos and e-mails
        Schedule and coordinate appointment
        Other duties as assigned
        Pick-up or drop off documents or material as needed

    Qualifications:
        Must be computer savvy and proficient in  Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Quicken
        Excellent verbal and communication skills
        High School Diploma
        Previous experience in a construction environment preferred but not mandatory
     
    Rate: $12.00 to $16.00 per hour based on qualifications
